Instructor is Risako Watanabe, Adult Developmental Psychologist ・ Fellow, Coaching Institute, Harvard Medical School. President of Watanabe ＆ Associates. She is a visiting researcher at Keio University. Studied under Professor Robert ・ Keegan while at Harvard Graduate School of Education. He provides organizational executive training and coaching based on adult developmental psychology and adaptive leadership theory. He also conducts joint research with institutions of higher education in Japan and abroad, including the measurement of adult development. He is a graduate of Harvard University's Graduate School of Education (Ed.M.) and the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Government (MGA). He is currently a doctoral student at Columbia University. His areas of expertise are organizations and leadership.

From his experience providing executive training ・ coaching for leaders in the public and private sectors worldwide, he will teach communication, especially feedback methods, to foster autonomy in adolescents ・ and high school students based on leadership theory and adult learning theory.
